Downloads
The roster download is the committee's own workbook, byte for byte, with every online sale written onto the Battalion Ticket Sales sheet: Receipt # carries the order reference, Price EA / QTY / Total fill in, guests go into the guest columns, and a Marine who is not on the roster gets a new row above the totals. Totals recalculate when the file opens.

Upload a newer roster as the baseline
Use this when the committee has updated the workbook by hand (GO/NO GO changes, in-person sales). The upload becomes the baseline that online sales are written into; earlier uploads are kept. Rows that already carry an online order reference are not written twice.
